Brahmastra Update: Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor To Call It A Wrap After Shooting For A Dance Number

Brahmastra stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor was set to release this year by December but was postponed because of the ongoing pandemic. Apparently, the pair is shooting for a chartbuster number before the wrap of the film.

According to a report on a news portal, the elaborate set decor was installed in a studio in Mumbai for the next two weeks. About 40 junior artists will be part of the song number. If all goes well, Ayan Mukerji intends to complete his project by the end of November.

Reports were widespread that after concluding with Brahmastra, Alia and Ranbir would not undertake any plans until January 2022 as they are planning to get married in December. In fact, Ranbir has reportedly postponed the filming of Animal by Sandeep Reddy Vanga to January 2022. However, there has been no official confirmation about this news.

Brahmastra: Part One of Three, also known as Brahmāstra, is a superhero film written and directed by Ayan Mukerji, and produced by Karan Johar. It stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles and will serve as the first film in a planned trilogy. The film is scheduled for release in 3D, and IMAX.

On the work front, we will soon see Alia in Jee Le Zara, a Bollywood drama directed by Farhan Akhtar. The film stars Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif. Jee Le Zaraa is written by Farhan, his sister Zoya Akhtar and their longtime collaborator Reema Kagti. Takht is an action movie starring Alia, directed by Karan Johar. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal and many other big stars.
