Here’s the breaking news for all those who have been eagerly waiting for an update on Shah Rukh Khan’s Aryan Khan’s bail hearing. As per the latest reports, Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaz Seth Merchantt’s bail plea has been rejected by the Esplanade court

Aryan Khan has been facing legal issues since when he was arrested by the NCB in a drug case. He along with few others was detained from a rave party at a cruise on October 2 and put in custody. Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan along with 7 others, who were in NCB’s custody, was produced at Esplanade Court yesterday. Mumbai court in its verdict has sent Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchantt, Munmun Dhamecha, and 5 others to judicial custody for 14 days more. As per the latest reports of a leading daily, Aryan Khan’s interim bail plea hearing will be heard today. Interestingly, today is Aryan Khan’s mother Gauri Khan’s birthday today.

Now here’s the latest update on the Aryan Khan arrest case. As per the latest reports, Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been rejected by the court. Aryan along with Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaz Seth Merchant’s plea too has been rejected. After a long discussion and argument at the court, it is now declared by the officials that Aryan Khan will not get bail. Yes, you heard that right! The court rejected the bail of Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Lawyer Maneshinde argued for a long time but the court rejected the bail plea. Aryan Khan’s Lawyer is now going to approach the session court for the bail of the star kid. Aryan Khan and other accused are being taken to jail from the NCB office, as per sources. After their medical, they’ll be sent to jail. Men will be sent to Arthur Road jail and women to Byculla jail.

According to the reports, Aryan and other accused have tested negative for Covid-19 and have been declared medically fit. They will now be shifted to Arthur road jail, from where the accused will be taken to court for a bail hearing. Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan were not present in court. But they will now be able to meet Aryan Khan as the court has allowed family visits at the offices of the agency. As the court hearing begins the NCB has raised the maintainability issue of bail plea before the magistrate court. The Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh said that he is raising the issue of maintainability and that has to be decided first and then the merits if the case. The bail applications are not maintainable and ill-conceived said NCB in reply. Aryan’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde said that JCM Court has the power to grant bail. A magistrate is competent to release an accused if the sentence for the offence alleged is not punishable with death or life imprisonment.
