Ahead of Women’s Day 2021, here are a few men who have acted as a true backbone and lent their support to our favourite leading ladies in their journey of breaking countless barriers.

Several women have displayed immense courage, determination and tactfulness in their journey of life. While some have fought their battles alone, some have been fortunate enough to have the support of caring and encouraging men in their lives. Similarly, our favourite willful leading ladies of Zee Bangla television shows have had the opportunity to fight several social evils and battles with the help of progressive and nurturing men who have been like a backbone to them at all times.

Watch what will happen next on Krishnakoli here:

Karna Sen

Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay‘s Karna Sen, who is played by Krushal Ahuja, is one of the most supportive men of all time. Whether it is taking a needful stand for Radhika against a conservative Thammi or being supportive of Rini, his cousin sister, about her right to build a career before worrying about marriage, Karna has repetitively proven to be an exceptionally unorthodox support system for all of the women present in his life.

Dipu

Aparajita Apu‘s Dipu, played by Rohaan Bhattacharjee, has turned out to be one of the best friends one can ever find by their side at the time of need. Not only did he hide Apu in his room when she ran away for her job examination and sought shelter at his place, but he also convinced her to give her dreams another shot when she had almost given up on them completely. Despite being born in an extremely patriarchal family, Dipu holds unbiased values and morals that set him apart from his other family members.
