Check Out Juhi Chawla And Hubby Jay Mehta’s Rare Appearances In Pics

Bollywood Actress Juhi Chawla has been ruling over millions of hearts ever since her debut with the ‘Sultanat’. But after the Aamir Khan starrer ‘Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak‘, her popularity knew no bounds. So it wasn’t really a shocker that the news of her marriage broke many hearts. While almost all of Bollywood thought Juhi would probably get married to one of her co-actors, the actress chose to marry an Industrialist, Jay Mehta.

After more than a decade of her debut, Juhi was shooting for the 1998 action-comedy, Duplicate opposite Shah Rukh Khan. That’s when she received the terrible news of her mother’s untimely demise in an accident. Juhi was heartbroken, to say the least. And that’s when the Indian businessman Jay Mehta entered her life. Jay had lost his first wife Sujata Birla in a plane crash in 1990. He was the one who supported and comforted Juhi, helping her to recover from the shock of the traumatic incident.

The ‘Lootere‘ actress then got married to Jay Mehta in 1995 and the couple is now happily married for more than two and a half-decade. The gorgeous actress now has two children Jahnavi Mehta and Arjun Mehta with the business magnate. The couple rarely makes any public appearances, except for some major red carpet events or big Bollywood parties.

In this first event, Juhi can be seen wearing a beautiful white ethnic dress with a baby pink dupatta. Meanwhile, Jay is dressed in a green kurta and golden Nehru jacket. For the next event, the couple decided to twin as both of them were seen donning incredible ethnic attire in the combination of emerald green and golden colour.

At what seemed like a big Bollywood wedding party, Juhi was seen in a gorgeous black gown with silver embellishments. Whereas, Jay looked dapper in a black 3-piece suit. In another important event, Juhi was spotted wearing a pale pink gown with a heavy dupatta, while Jay was seen sporting a black Bandhgala suit.
