Comedy Khiladigalu Season 3 Weekly Recap: Here Are The 3 Contestants In The ‘Danger Zone’

Bringing a bucket load of smiles and laughter every weekend is the top comedy show of Karnataka, Comedy Khiladigalu Season 3. After a thorough round of auditions, 13 participants were selected from the state to make you ‘laugh out loud’ and win the grand prize. To this mix, the Comedy Khiladigalu Championship winner and runner-up, Rakesh and Manohar, were added too to encourage their unnoticed talents on stage.

Thanks to the host Master Anand, two weeks of the competition went by with full excitement from the three judges, Rakshitha Prem, Yogaraj Bhat and Jaggesh. Here’s how last weekend fared for the contestants, some of which are in the danger zone for this week.

1. When You Try To Help Someone And It Backfires

Vishwanath, Divya, Gajendra, Santosh, Deepika and Daanappa’s act was based on the lines of what happens when you try to help someone and unfortunately, their problem becomes yours. Judges Jaggesh and Bhatru gave the skit the new ‘pungi’ sound (a musical instrument that a snake charmer uses) because of their exceptional performance. 2. Why Have Enemies When You Have Equivalent Friends Instead?

Using Sunny Leone as one of their topics in the skit, Umesh, Manohar, Praveen and Rakesh performed humorously in their skit which focuses on roommates, who are like frenemies. For this flawless act, Rakshitha Prem beat the ‘drums’, another new ritual on the show and even better than the ‘pungi’ sound. To watch a part of their act click on the link below.

3. When You Are Part Of The Film Industry And Lie About Your Relationship Status

The third act was a skit based on an actress, who hides her marital status after getting the role of a lead actress. How things soon spiral out of control when her husband gets a job in the same field is what is discussed in this performance. Manohar, Gajendra, Shakti Kumar, Vishwanath, Rakesh and Chandrashekhar Siddi took part in this act that received many praises from the judges.

4. Do You Give Ideas For Money Or To Genuinely Help Others? 

This act dealt with the concept of what will happen when someone tries to rob you of money by pretending to give great ideas as the service. It was a ‘pungi’ performance for Rakshitha Prem. 5. Why Is The Chanda Mama So Fed Up With Humans?

Santosh, Shakti Kumar, Manohar, Praveen, Divya, Vishwanath, Deepika and Umesh started off beautifully in their act, which focussed on how upset the moon himself is with us, humans. Despite the fantastic start, Santosh, who was doing an aerial act, accidentally fell down when one of the ropes couldn’t hold him up in the air. With a fall from 15 ft in the air, Santosh took approximately 15 minutes to recover but was insistent on finishing the act. He received much appreciation by the host and the judges for his spirit. 6. What Happens When You Want A Love Marriage But Are Stuck In An Arranged Marriage Instead?

Jagadish, Daanappa, Rakesh and Praveen performed on an act in which a man who was forced into an arranged marriage by his family despite him being obsessed with the concept of love marriage. The interesting skit was appreciated by the judges who gave compliments to all the four contestants for a clean act.
