Vicky Kaushal is Bollywood’s finest actor and is loved by his fans unconditionally. In a recent interview, Vicky departed to his childhood life and shared how he celebrated Diwali as a kid

Vicky Kaushal has been making the headlines because of the wedding rumours floating around the media and B town with Katrina Kaif. The pair looks amazing together and fans can’t keep themselves calm shipping over them. On the occasion of Diwali, Vicky gave an interview and shared how’s his Diwali is going to be like.

Vicky said that last year, we celebrated Diwali over video calls. Fortunately, this year, we’re heading towards a lifestyle, where things are moving towards normalcy, which in turn is making him even more excited about festivals. We are all looking forward to the essence of togetherness once again, this Diwali.

He shared some fond memories and said when he was a kid, he lived in a predominantly Maharashtrian society. He would start celebrating Diwali early in the morning with everyone and would dress up in new clothes and be part of ‘ghar ki puja’. After that, everyone would visit their friends’ homes. But the one thing that has remained constant is the happiness in the air and the exchange of love and light.

Speaking about the tremendous response to his recent release, Vicky said that it gives one’s a lot of confidence when you work in a film and give it your all and then it gets loved by the audience. The affection coming his way is incredible. The audience has made it their own and are now carrying it forward and recommending it to their friends.

On the professional front, Vicky will be next seen in Sam Bahadur that is a drama-thriller, directed by Meghna Gulzar. The movie star Vicky Kaushal as Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. Sam is produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The Immortal Ashwatthama is a Bollywood drama that is also one of Vicky’s upcoming projects, helmed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. Takht is a big-budget action-drama, helmed by Karan Johar. The movie stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. The movie will hit the big screen in 2021 but due to the ongoing pandemic, the dates have to be rescheduled.
