Esha Gupta reveals details about these horrid incidents on the films sets

Actress Esha Gupta recently spoke about her horrid experiences of casting couch on the sets of films in an interview. The model turned actress spoke about two incidents where she was approached by the director and co-producer of the films and had made sexual advances towards her.

The Commando 2 actress went on to reveal the details of the first incident and said that during one of outdoor shootings of a film the director tried to invade her personal space and slyly tried to extract sexual favours from her. However, the actress very smartly avoided these advances and took measures to keep the director at bay.

Esha explained that she requested her make-up artist to sleep in the same room as her throughout the shooting schedule in order to keep herself safe. The actress went on to say “ It’s not the ghosts that you are scared of, it’s the person. Because you never know when they…You also don’t want to be disrespectful.”

The actress went on to say that she eventually witnessed a really filthy side of the individual she worked with because they were extremely vengeful after realising that “she is not going to do anything.”

The Raaz 3D actress shared her second experience and disclosed that a co-producer of a film for which she had begun shooting had urged the makers of the film to remove her from the project halfway through. He asked them to do so because Esha had declined his sexual advances. The actress revealed that she had to face many rejections because she did not entertain any sexual advances from the makers in order to get a film. She further went on to say that this kind of treatment is only extended to outsiders in the film industry and not to the kids of celebrities because if they do so then their parents will “kill them”.

The actress who made her Bollywood debut with Jannat 2 has garnered a loyal fan base and a place for herself in the film industry in her career span. She is currently working on ‘Hera Pheri 3’ and will also be seen in Telugu film Vishambhara along with Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.
