After High Rated Gabru and Dilbar, another Bollywood song crosses the 1 billion views mark on YouTube. Featuring Akshay Kumar and Nupur Sanon, the song Filhaal crossed 1 billion views on YouTube. The song released in November 2019 and marked Akshay Kumar’s debut in a music video. Nupur Sanon, who is soon to debut in a Bollywood film made her debut in the entertainment world with this music video. The song received immense love and praises from the audience for the direction, cast, music, and lyrics.
The song was sung by B Praak who also contributed the music for this song. Jaani penned the lyrics for this beautiful song and also composed it. B Praak took his social media account to announce that the song had crossed 1 Billion views on YouTube. He further wrote that this would not have been possible without their hard work and the audience’s love. He further wrote that he was grateful that his song achieved a milestone as such.

Back when the song released in November 2019, it garnered more than 10 million views within a day of its release and soon achieved a milestone by garnering 100M views. Akshay Kumar and Nupur Sanon were seen as lovers in the film, who face the wrath of societal norms and give up on their love for each other. Akshay Kumar recently took to Twitter and announced that the makers were working on the music video of Filhaal 2. The actor did not disclose any more details of the song but only revealed that a sequel song will be releasing soon. Fans are eagerly waiting for another collaboration between Jaani, B Praak and Arvindr Khaira (music video director). The trio recently worked on the song Baarish Ki Jaye, featuring Nawzuddin Siddiqui and Sunanda Sharma.
