From Honar Sun Mi Hya Gharchi To Agga Bai Sasubai: A Look At Tejashri Pradhan’s Evolution

Tejashri Pradhan‘s role as Shubhra in Agga Bai Sasubai has become quite popular owing to her progressive nature. She has been instrumental in breaking stereotypes on the show by helping her mother-in-law Asawari’s remarriage with Abhijeet. She supported this decision by going against her own family including Ajoba and her husband Soham. Shubhra’s free-thinking approach has helped her keep a check on Soham’s behaviour post Asawari’s marriage. Shubhra manages both her personal and professional life efficiently. Tejashri’s portrayal of such a head-strong, logical woman deserves to be applauded.

Another noticeable thing about Shubhra’s character is the way in which she carries herself. Her dressing sense speaks tons about her personality. Check out this look of hers where she sports a yellow kurta, with a funky printed chunni and gorgeous silver danglers.

She has grabbed eyeballs with her contrasting kurtis and dupattas, teamed with unique and stylish earrings. Shubhra proves that a daughter-in-law need not be dressed traditionally, just because she has a certain role to play.
