From Radhe To Sooryavanshi, Here Are Bollywood’s Biggest Releases in 2021

2021 is an important year for the Hindi film industry. Since 2020 jeopardized several film releases, most of the films were reschedule for release. Now several movie stars are gearing up for their big releases in 2021. Right from Deepika Padukone to Salman Khan, many Bollywood superstars are ready to conquer 2021 with their mega-budget films. The pandemic was the biggest disruption last year. It brought the world to a complete standstill. Apart from other industries, the year 2020 was also disastrous for the film industries. Theaters were all empty in 2020 and even after lockdown regulations were eased and cinema halls opened, people were hesitant to step in.

But now, the film and TV industry are adapting to the “new normal” and restarting several shoots. Since the industry is slowly starting to work again, many big production houses are gearing for their film releases. Since 2020 led to many film releases being postponed, now these films are scheduled to release in 2021. These films are starring some of the biggest stars in the industry.

Let’s begin with Kabir Khan’s ’83. The film will present the story of the Indian Cricket Team winning the 1983 World Cup. The film stars Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev. Most importantly, Deepika Padukone will be starring as Romi Dev, Kapil Dev’s wife. Next up, Akshay Kumar will be starring in Bell Bottom. The film’s release has been delayed for a long time due to the lockdown but now it will be hitting theaters soon.

Bollywood’s perfectionist Aamir Khan will be seen on the big screen soon. He is starring in and as Laal Singh Chaddha. The film will also star Kareena Kapoor Khan. Aamir and Kareena will be sharing screen space after a long time since they were last seen in the film, 3 Idiots. Another Khan who will be seen on the big screen is Salman Khan. Salman will be seen in and as Radhe.

Akshay Kumar’s second film for 2021 is Sooryavanshi. The film marks Akshay and director Rohit Shetty’s first collaboration. Moreover, Akshay will be also sharing screenspace with Katrina Kaif. Just like, Laal Singh Chaddha, Akshay and Katrina will be reuniting on-screen after ages. Other film releases for 2021 include Maidaan and Pathan. Maidaan stars Ajay Devgn whereas Pathan will star Shah Rukh Khan. Farhan Akhtar will star in a new sports film titled Toofan and it will be receiving tough competition from Akshay Kumar’s third film release titled Atrangi Re.
