Gattimela 11 November 2021 Written Update: Parimala requests Amulya to cancel her wedding

In the previous episode of Gattimela, Vikrant warns Suhasini about her actions, leaving her shocked. The next day, Vedanth and Amulya get ready for their wedding. Vedanth fulfils yet another of Amulya’s wishes of feeling like a queen on her wedding day.

In the next episode of  Gattimela, Vedanth and Amulya’s wedding rituals begin. The priest asks Amulya to wear the ‘Dhaare’ saree for the further wedding rituals. Parimala accompanies Amulya, while she goes to change her attire. As Amulya dons jewellery and gets ready for the wedding, Parimala is unable to stop thinking about the consequences of the wedding and imagines seeing Aarati as a widow. Furthermore, Parimala gathers her courage and locks Amulya’s room door from within.

Parimala’s action surprises Amulya. Meanwhile, at the priest’s request Adya goes to call Amulya for the wedding rituals. While Adya calls out to Amulya, Parimala refuses to open the door, leaving Amulya and Adya worried. At the wedding dais, Suhasini rejoices thinking about her plan, while the others get worried about the delay in Amulya’s arrival. Sarthak arrives at Amulya’s room and calls out to her and is surprised when Adya informs him that neither Parimala nor Amulya are responding to her calls or opening the room’s door.

Amulya is shocked when Parimala asks her to not marry Vedanth as she doesn’t wish to have Vedanth as her son-in-law. Sarthak eavesdrop on Parimala and Amulya’s conversation as Parimala tells Amulya that her marriage to Vedanth will herald bad luck on Vedanth’s family. Meanwhile, Vedanth and the others head towards Amulya’s room to check on the delay. Parimala refuses to open the door even when Anjali and Manjunath urge her to do so. Even Amulya urges Parimala to open the door but Parimala refuses to budge. Sarthak takes Vikrant aside and informs him about his observation in regards to Aarati’s strange behaviour. Vikrant recalls Aarati’s words and talks to Sarthak about Aarati and Parimala’s negative thinking. They decide to bring in Parimala’s family priest to resolve this issue. Amulya feels helpless when Vedanth calls out to her to open the room’s door but Parimala refuses to do so.

Vedanth and the others are surprised when Vikrant brings in Parimala’s family’s priest. Sarthak and Manjunath urge Parimala to open the door and talk to the priest. On Manjunath’s behest, Parimala opens the door to talk to the priest and everyone else. Vedanth feels relieved on seeing Amulya but is surprised when Parimala stops her from coming to him. Parimala takes the priest and everyone else to the bride’s room wherein Vikrant questions the priest about what he said to Parimala which made her change her decision about Amulya and Vedanth’s wedding. Vedanth is surprised when Vikrant asks Vaijayanti to bring Amulya and Vedanth’s horoscope so that the priest can review it and resolve any confusion that may be in Parimala’s mind.
