Gattimela: Will Amulya Be Able To Find Her Sister Aarthi?

The excitement is building up in the Manjunath and Vasishta family with Aarthi and Vikranth’s wedding coming closer to the date in Gattimela. However, recently, the show took an unbelievable turn which has kept us on the edge of our seats!

Let’s take a step back and have a look at the history of Aarthi and Vikranth’s relationship. The two meet because of the budding romance between Vedanth and Amulya. They become friends only to realise that they have fallen in love with each other. It is true indeed! Opposites attract and how. Vikranth is absolutely playful and talks a lot while Aarthi is timid but mature. As time passes by, the two get to know each other and their contrasting characteristics, but nevertheless, celebrate their differences in a beautiful manner. Vikranth is in love with Aarthi and is aware of her needs and is sensitive to her feelings. He is undoubtedly loyal.

As everything is going well, Sarika enters the picture. She is in love with Vikranth and is backed by his mother Suhasini who is against Aarthi getting married to her son. Sarika intoxicates Vikranth so that she can get married to him. However, Aarthi, who comes across as extremely timid, slaps Sarika for having wronged Vikranth. Aside from this, Vikranth comes from an upper-class background as compared to Aarthi, who is not very well-to-do, which is why Suhasini is determined to get Sarika married to him. 

At this point, Vikranth and Aarthi who overcame many hurdles to be together, are getting married on this day only for Adya to find out that the girl who is seated next to Vikranth in the mandapa is Sarika! It is later discovered that Aarthi has been kidnapped by Sarika who sends Amulya the video of the former tied up somewhere. She also warns Amulya not to make any move to stop the wedding if she wants her sister to come back home safe. They all decide to find Aarthi.
