Geet Dholi 18 May 2023 Written Update: A nightmare troubles Geet

In the previous episode of Geet Dholi, Geet and Malhar arrive at Mehra House and the former worries about angering the Mehras because of keeping them in the dark about their return. The Mehras give Geet a floral welcome and laud her illustrious victory in the championship. Kammo expresses her disappointment about Malhar’s announcement about inaugurating a musical academy in Geet’s honour. JK pitches to contribute in the academy but Kammo continues to express her concern about the expenses that the academy will bring. Kammo reminds Jasleen that she is the daughter of the Mehra family and that Jasleen has no rights over the money of the family. Kammo goes on to tell Geet that she has the least rights over the finances of the Mehra family, Geet seeks the blessings of the Mehras and tells Kammo that she will no longer require money from the Mehras for her academy. JK interjects and announces that he will be paying in full for building Geet’s music announcement. Malhar receives a call from the mental facility and the doctor alerts him about Geet’s admirer from the hospital who is now let loose.

In the next episode of Geet Dholi, the doctor tells Malhar about her patient’s obsession with Geet and his pattern of insanity. Malhar thanks the doctor for confiding in him and promises to take care of Geet. JK informs Malhar that the Mehra Industries will be funding Geet’s academy and seeks Malhar’s signature for the documentation of the academy. Malhar expresses his surprise about the documents and the members of the Mehra House sign the papers. JK asks Geet to be ready for laying the foundation stone for her academy. Geet’s admirer breaches the gates of Mehra House and rings the bell as Malhar plans to order a cake at the behest of Diamond. Soon, Malhar finds a cake on the gate with a mysterious note but takes the cake inside for a celebration. Geet unboxes the cake and notices that a piece of the cake is missing but she downplays the situation casually.

Geet’s admirer surrounds himself with pictures of Geet in his hotel room and shares the cake with Geet’s pictures. Malhar tells JK that he has found a builder for the academy after Geet cuts the cake. Later that night, Malhar ponders over the doctor’s vivid description of Geet’s admirer and asks Geet if she suspects meeting her mentally-ill admirer in Mumbai. Malhar worries about Geet’s security and Geet tells Malhar that she is also worried about the safety of the Mehras. She tells him to abandon the idea of starting an academy and lay low for a while. Malhar snaps out of his fear and tells Geet that she deserves the recognition that comes with her success. Well along, Geet has a terrible nightmare and wakes up concerned about Malhar’s safety. Geet calls Surjeet and asks him about an ancestral shrine leaving him upset. Eventually, Surjeet tells Geet about the promise he made to the deity as Geet lost her sense of hearing. Soon, Geet decides to fulfil Surjeet’s promise to the deity.
