If you are looking for something better than the usual saas-bahu dramas from your TV shows, then your wait will soon be coming to an end. Hamariwali Saas Bahu is a new TV show set to begin on 21 October 2020 and will air at 7:30 pm every evening from Monday to Friday. The new show has popular stars like Juhi Parmar and Shakti Anand alongside fresh faces Srishti Jain and Raghav Jain.

The show is based on a middle-class family based in Agra at Uttar Pradesh. The Tiwari family consists of Aditya and his parents Renuka and Mukund, and his wife Navya Tiwari. Renuka and Navya have a unique bond of friendship where they are supportive of each other and also have funny banter with each other. One topic that that causes the most friction within their family is Navya’s wish to not bear a child. When Navya wishes to have one she finds out that she will not be able to bear children. That’s when her best friend, her mother-in-law Renuka and Mukund bear a child for Navya and Aditya but what will the consequences be?
No matter where the new series goes, it will definitely be a very different show from what you are used to. But the main message you can take away from this show will be the idea that in today’s familiies a daughter-in-law can sometimes be a closer friend to her a modern mother-in-low than she is to her own mother.
