On December 10, performer, martial practitioner, and stunt artist Vidyut Jammwal turned 41 years old. Vidyut has starred in various Hindi films as a trained swordsman. In 2011, the Commando actor earned his Bollywood debut as Vishnu Reddy in the action movie Force. For this role, he won several prizes, including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. He is a follower of Kalaripayattu and is also regarded as “Bollywood’s Modern Era Action Star.” He is well known for his performances in the Commando movie series. He began studying Kalaripayattu when he was three years old.
Vidyut was cast as a sniper policeman in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Bullett Raja, following his popularity as a villain. His Instagram bio mentions his interest in health and combat sports. Vidyut, the healthiest of the healthy, posted a photo with the caption, “Only 2% of the strongest can ascend like this.” He also noted that while his “path to his destination may appear odd and tough,” he dares to be that way”. This shows his dedication to fitness and sports.
Jammwal earned his Bollywood debut in which he was sharing the screen with John Abraham based on the Tamil blockbuster Kaakha Kaakha. He had a bad character in the movie and was nominated for several best debut honors, including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut, among others. After launching his profession with a negative character in Force, Jammwal went on to play several negative characters in action films. On September 1st, 2021.
Jammwal appeared in the Telugu films Shakti and Oosaravelli, both starring NTR, in villainous roles. Jammwal made his Tamil film debut in 2012 with Billa II, in which he played the villain opposite Ajith Kumar and received widespread praise. That year, he co-starred with Vijay in the movie Thuppakki as the adversary.
