Paurashpur, a historical fiction show, premiered on ZEE5 on 29 December 2020. Since then, it has been receiving a lot of love from the audience. People are loving the concept of the show, along with its characters and their performances. The plot of Paurashpur revolves around a fictional kingdom in 16th century India, which is ruled by a misogynist and tyrannical king and how the women of the kingdom take charge to overthrow him and the patriarchy.
