Khatija Rahman has a large following, and she may follow in her father’s footsteps. A. R. Rahman’s eldest daughter recently introduced the world to her fiancé. On her birthday, December 29, 2021, she got engaged to Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed. She had posted her picture from the low-key ceremony and shared it on January 2. Khatija announced her engagement on Instagram, describing her fiancé as a wizkid audio engineer and aspiring entrepreneur. Because of the pandemic, the engagement ceremony was held on a small scale, with only family and close friends present.
Her fiance also used his social media account to post a collage of the two of them. as he said he is happy to announce his engagement with Khatija Rahman who is a musician, producer, and philanthropist.
An image from inside the private function has gone viral on the internet. It shows Khatija in a pink gown, seated with her fiancé Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed, who wears a black and white suit and looks dapper. On a screen in the background, images of Khatija appear to be playing.

For her recent engagement ceremony, she wore a pretty pink ensemble. She was also wearing a matching Maang-tikka, Mehendi, and face mask. While Khatija shared a picture from her engagement ceremony, Riyasdeen Mohamed Shaik avoided the same.
Earlier, Khatija Rahman sang Rock A Bye Baby, the song which was written by her father for the Kriti Sanon-starrer comedy-drama which appeared digitally. In 2019, she also performed with A. R. Rahman at a concert in Mumbai by the popular English band U2. Khatija debuted at the age of 14 in the 2010 film Enthiran with the song O Maramanishi/Puthiya Manidha which was composed by her father. Khatija sang the song alongside legendary singer SP Balahsubranyam in the film starring Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Talking about his personal life Saira Banu is A. R. Rahman’s wife, and the couple has two daughters, Khatija and Rahima, as well as a son, Ameen.
