Iniya Iru Malargal: Has Alia Taken It Too Far For Redemption?

Iniya Iru Malargal‘s Alia might not have been one of our favourite people from the show but we saw some hope for redemption when she heard Purab tell Abhi about how he wasn’t happy because of her. We genuinely thought that his words got to her, and she would at least give changing her ways a thought. Old habits die hard, and Alia proves it once again! This time, however, she might have gone too far with it!

Alia’s plot to kill Disha

This time after Alia got upset at how things were going, she went on to drive her car into Disha, which severely injured her. While there is no possible explanation other than revenge and anger, this time she seems to have gone too far with her motives and actions. As long as she caused no severe harm to anyone, there was hope for her redemption.

Does Alia have any remorse?

While what Alia has done this time might have been too dangerous, as long as she realises that she did something unpardonable, there is a small hope for her to have a change of heart. However, knowing Alia, we know that she has a thick skin and she never regrets what she does. She is always driven towards getting what she wants, which is why we think there is no hope for her redemption!

Abhi would do anything for his sister, so it is a given that he might even instantly forgive her. Although, she could instantly trade her brother’s peace of mind for her happiness. If Alia were to change her ways after realising the gruesome crime she committed, we are sure that Abhi’s life would get easier and he would be the happiest!
