Jamai 2.0 Story So Far: Let’s Have A Look At Sid-Roshni’s Relationship Before The Release Of Second Season

Jamai 2.0 has created major buzz with the announcement of season 2. It would be interesting to see how Siddharth, Roshni and DD’s life would take a turn in the upcoming season. With enough strings left loose in the first season, Jamai 2.0 Season 2 would unfold several cards which will make the audience connect the dots to understand Sidharth’s plan or DD’s strategy. Ahead of Jamai 2.0 season 2, let’s take a look at the relationship timeline of Roshni and Sidharth in Jamai 2.0.

Sidharth came into DD and Roshni’s life as a stand-up comedian who worked at DD’s club. When Sidharth meets Roshni, she is in a devastated state as she finds out that her father is alive. Roshni meets with an accident and Sid saves her. Later Roshni tells Sid how she is relaxed around him and the feeling is something that she has not felt since a long time.

Roshni and Sidharth come close again at Sid’s standup where Sid gets to know that Roshni is DD’s daughter. Sid meets Roshni in her room and she tells him about Ranjit. Romance brews between Sid and Roshni when she finds comfort around him. The girl who is desperately seeking her father’s love gets pampered and loved and she eventually falls in love with him. Sid warns her not to tell anyone about them. He later saves her from goons and becomes her bodyguard.

However, Roshni’s happiness does not last for long as Sid breaks her heart by telling her that he never loved her. Roshni makes Sid jealous by going on a date with Paritosh. Later, she uses Paritosh to find Ranjit. However, Roshni gets devastated after not finding her father and sees Sid coming towards her. She hugs him and breaks down.  Sid and Roshni spend good time at Sid’s place and confess their feelings. They also share some intimate moments. In the season finale, DD accepts Sid and Roshni’s relationship and asks Sid to come and live with them.

Interestingly, there is more to the story as Roshni is unknown to the fact that Sid is here to destroy her mother and he is using Roshni as a scapegoat to be a part of DD’s life. Sid has always shown that he is in love with Roshni but we wonder if his feelings are real or simply a part of his plan.
