Juhi Chawla is a talented actress in the Bollywood industry who has landed in legal trouble. She filed a plea before the division bench of Delhi High Court as she questioned the small bench’s order in her 5G network case. It happened last year in June when a single-judge bench had dismissed the actress’s plea against the untested implementation of 5G telecom technology.
Now, according to the recent reports, actor Juhi Chawla, who is also an environmentalist moves the division bench of the Delhi High Court. The actress also challenged the single bench order which had overlooked the suit filed against the setting up of 5G wireless networks in India. However, the hearing was said to be held on December 23, 2021.

In case you don’t know, the single-judge bench had also levied a fine of Rs 20 lakh on all seekers in the case on orders of abusing the operation of law. The Bollywood actress had broken her silence over the court ignoring her case this year in August. She shared her views by sharing a video on her social media account. Sharing the video on her Instagram account, Juhi Chawla wrote that it was about time. She also wrote that she will let one decide if it was a publicity stunt.

In the video by Juhi Chawla on her social media account, the actress talked about how she approached different organisations and parliamentary representatives about the raised issue. The actress further said that she noticed a news report about the destructive consequences of cellular radiation on human health. As a result, she decided to approach agencies that may help her find out if she and her family were affected by radiation from cell towers.
Meanwhile, Juhi Chawla has signed a Rs 1 lakh bond in Mumbai’s sessions court. She stood as a surety for Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in his arrest in the drug case.
