Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram 8 January 2020 Written Update: Indra Drowns Hanuman’s Parents?

In the previous episode of Kahat Hanuman Jai Shri Ram, the gods visit Lord Vishnu complaining about the terror caused by Raavan. Even Lord Brahma says that Raavan is almost immortal because he got a boon that no god or beast can kill him. Vishnu decides to take the avatar of Ram to defeat Raavan. Shiva decides to take the form of Hanuman and help Vishnu in his quest to defeat Raavan. King Kesari and his wife Anjani are told that Lord Shiva will bless them with a son if they climb up the dangerous Mountain Sumeru. Kesari joins Anjani and they climb to the peak. Brahma sends Vayudev to place Lord Shiva’s avatar in Anjani’s womb.

In tonight’s episode, Kesari and Anjani are happy to be blessed with a child finally. The baby in the stomach kicks and it sends all of nature into a shock. Lord Indra’s throne shakes and he falls off. Valmiki travels into heaven to find out what caused this huge disturbance. He finds out that Kesari and Anjani have been blessed with a kid by Lord Shiva.

Kesari calls a rishi to cast protective spells on Anjani and her child. Valmiki goes to Lord Indra and says that Lord Shiva has blessed Kesari and Anjani with a special child. Indra believes that this kid will try and take him off the throne. He asks his son, Jayant, to keep an eye on Kesari’s son. Jayant takes the form of a bird and sees the Rishi blessing Hanuman.

Kesari is shocked when the rishi says that the child doesn’t need any protective spells. He also mentions that the child is protected by Lord Shiva himself. Jayant passes on this information to Lord Indra who decides to kill the child in the womb itself. Anjani decides to take the baby to her ancestral mountain before that she eats 100 ladoos because she says the child in her womb wants it.

When they reach inside the cave, Indra descends from heaven. He first throws rocks and blocks all exits of the cave. He then showers rain from the skies and floods the inside of the cave. Kesari and Anjani are desperately trying to stay afloat. Lord Shiva calmly watches this happen.
