Kalyana Vaibhogam: Chari is the best employee Jai would ever have, here’s why

We’ve known Chari as the orthodox person who is sometimes a little too hysterical about whatever is happening around him. However, in retrospect, if you think about this earnest man from the Kalyana Vaibhogam universe, you might also agree that he is possibly the best employee that Jai has ever had.

Chari’s dedication and punctuality define him in all aspects of life, especially on the professional front. He’s up and running every morning for any work that Jai has for him. He is dedicated towards anything Jai needs or tells him to do. He helps Jai in all his quests and stands like a rock beside him even in his quest for Manga. He genuinely respects and values Jai as his boss and is never seen talking ill about him.

Apart from this, just because Jai is his boss, he doesn’t hold back from his thoughts and spits them out without fearing the impression that he’ll create. He doesn’t respect Jai just because he is the one that gives him his salary but he does as he believes Jai is truly worthy of it. When Charukesa tells Chari that, he must also pamper Charukesa like Jai pampers Abhi and Divya, Chari promptly replies by saying that Jai does it because he doesn’t have any kids of his own.

Jai was right there in that moment but even he didn’t take any offence to it because he knew that Chari didn’t mean it with any bad intentions. Later for Abhi and Divya’s party, when Chandra asks him to bring a cake on his way, even in his off-hours, he jumps into action.

Little things like these reinstate the love he has for his job and the recognition that he deserves for it.
