Kangana Ranaut Turns Brand Ambassador For States ODOP Scheme; Actress Receives Silver Coin Used In Ram Bhoomi Pujan From UP CM Yogi Adityanath

Kangana Ranaut is a well-known actress in the Bollywood industry. She is known for her outstanding acting skills and the voice she raises over social and public issues. The actress is loved by her fans and they never leave a chance to praise her. On Friday, Kangana Ranaut met the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow. She went on to meet him while she was shooting for her film Tejas.

This meet with Jogi Adityanath was a special one for Kangana as she received a gift from him. During the meet, the CM gifted her a silver coin that was used for Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Mandir. The ceremony was held on August 5, 2020. CM of Uttar Pradesh even invited her to visit the holy land of Ayodhya. Not only this, but he also appointed the actress as the brand ambassador of the State government’s flagship programme, One District One Product (ODOP). The scheme seeks to promote indigenous products like rice, black salt, zara zardozi that are native to each district of Uttar Pradesh.

Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram account to share her excitement about receiving the coin from Yogi Adityanath. She posed photos from the meet on her Instagram account. While sharing the photos, Kangana wrote, “I thanked Uttar Pradesh government for their cooperation in our film ( Tejas) shooting and wished Honourable Chief Minister best of luck in his upcoming elections…. I emphasised that we had a tapasavi Raja from Uttar Pradesh Shri Ram Chandra and now we have Yogi AdityaNath … May your reign continues Maharaj ji. He gifted me a coin which was used at Ram Janm Bhumi Pujan ….What a memorable evening thank you Maharaj ji”.

Kangana shared the photo of the silver coin in her post. The next photo she dropped was with the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath. In the next photo, she can be seen talking to CM. Kangana Ranaut opted for a pink coloured saree which she teamed up with a white blouse.
