Kareena Kapoor Khan Says Her Laal Singh Chaddha Co-star Aamir Khan ‘Has Been Through A Lot’

Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, has piqued the interest of fans since its introduction. The film is a recreation of the Tom Hanks-led Hollywood classic Forrest Gump. The filming of Laal Singh Chaddha began in 2019, however it was postponed owing to the unanticipated Coronavirus epidemic and consequent stop of life as we know it. Kareena recently spoke with PTI about her experience collaborating with Aamir for the third time and working through the pandemic.

Kareena told that she is thrilled to be working with Aamir again, whom she described as having been through a lot. She feels overjoyed that Aamir and she are finally working together after 3 Idiots and Talaash. It’s extremely exceptional, and they’ve put in a lot of effort. Aamir, in particular, has been through a lot. It’s a fantastic script, and she is hoping it will translate to the film in the same manner, and everyone will like it.

Kareena went on to say that filming the pandemic gave her confidence in working with less people. During the Covid wave in Delhi, they completed her portions of the movie. That was the first time she worked on a set during a pandemic, and they strictly adhered to all regulations. It gave Bebo the confidence that she can do extremely well while filming films with less people. She is the new mum in town after all.

Kareena has previously stated that she shot a love song for the film while pregnant with her second kid, Jeh.

In the case of Aamir Khan, the actor announced his divorce from wife Kiran Rao in July, when they were filming the final leg of the film. Aamir and Kiran have stated that they would continue to co-parent Azad Rao Khan. Kiran was with Aamir in Ladakh, where the filming of Laal Singh Chaddha was taking place.
