The most awaited wedding of the year has finally come to wraps. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif will now be labeled as husband and wife after tying the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony. The couple’s pre-wedding festivities including Mehendi, Sangeet and ballroom night, followed by the nuptials were held in the Six Senses Fort in Rajasthan.
The Kaushal family was recently photographed exiting the Jaipur airport after three days of wedding celebrations. Vicky’s parents were photographed at the Jaipur airport as Katrina and Vicky were on a private charter plane. Before leaving for their flight to Mumbai, father and action director Sham Kaushal and mother Veena Kaushal grinned for the paparazzi.
Katrina’s family members were also photographed on their way out of Jaipur. At the airport, her mother Suzanne, sister Isabelle, and other siblings were photographed. Sunny Kaushal was also photographed with his suspected girlfriend, actress Sharvari, as well as director Kabir Khan.
The couple were tight-lipped about their relationship until the last moment and threw a bombshell on the audience with their gorgeous wedding pictures. Both Vicky and Katrina posted a slew of pictures on their Instagram handles while penning the same caption. Fans and friends gushed to the social media as they couldn’t believe their eyes after looking at the dreamy pictures.
They poured their love wishes and blessings for the couple in the comments section. Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan, Malaika Arora, Kriti Sanon, Sara Ali Khan, and many others from the film fraternity expressed their adoration for the newlyweds.
Katrina looked stunning in her wedding attire. The red lehenga with golden embellishments and her coordinated blouse made her look like a royal Punjabi princess. She accentuated her look with heavy jewelry and glam makeup. The dulha on the other hand would kill hearts with his dapper look. He donned an ivory sherwani and a turban.
The couple made a very sweet gesture as they offered ladoos and sweets to the paps who were standing outside the fort to get the pictures of their wedding.
