Khaali Peeli is the latest Bollywood film to make a direct-t0-web release. But, for the unversed, this photo from Khaali Peeli is located in South Bombay and known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus or CST – formerly Victoria Terminus. Well, a fun fact is that it is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India’s finest and oldest Victorian-Italianate-Gothic style architectural buildings. When the film developed, the flashback scenes started with this as the very first shot.

Duniya Sharma Jayegi’s song in the film is perfect if you are not a Mumkaikar and want to know how fair actually looks like in Mumbai. Interestingly, during a media interaction, the director of the film Maqbool Khan mentioned an incident where the venue got crowded with the locals. “We were shooting for a crucial scene at Raichur Lane in Bhendi Bazaar. And then suddenly after learning about the shoot, hordes of people arrived there. It was a tough task to control the crowd. I think there were as good as 5000 people who were around us,” he said.
