Kori Khela: Join a brave single mother’s journey with this Sriparna Roy starrer

A very meaningful and heartwarming new Bengali serial, Kori Khela  is now airing on Zee Bangla, and we are sure it will quickly become one of your top favourites. It is an interesting story that revolves around the life of Pori, a loving and protective single mother and the owner of a bakery business. While life offers us several chances at love, it is upon us to recognise and grab it at the right time. Pori believes that one can only love once. However, Kori Khela is all set to shine a light on a different perspective about life and love via her story.

What is Kori Khela about?

Kori Khela is a simple story about second chances at love and life. While being a single parent comes with several challenges of its own, society ends up deeply scrutinising each and every step taken by the person. Dealing with a broken marriage or taking care of a child all alone simply does not come easy, and society’s relentless criticism only makes things harder. However, shutting yourself from any further ray of hope when it comes to falling in love is unnecessary. Everybody deserves to be able to give life and love another shot when it does not work out well the first time. And Kori Khela is about just that!

Pori and her beliefs

Being a loving single mother to Kuttush, Pori spends her days tending to her son and handling her bakery business. She is an independent and hardworking young woman who gives her best at work while being a doting mother to Kuttush. While most of her days are spent following tight schedules revolving around Kuttush and her business, her mother recognises that she deserves to feel and be in love too. And although she insists Pori gives love another chance, the latter dodges it saying love can only happen once.
