Krystle D’Souza surprised all her fans when she starred in the supernatural drama series Brahmarakshas. In this drama series, Krystle D’Souza played the role of a young girl who goes on to battle a monster who targets newlywed brides. But this is not first time a supernatural and adventure drama has gripped the audience and global content creators.

Krystle D’Souza’s Brahmarakshas vs Detective K

Supernatural storylines have been a part of the global entertainment industry for decades. So if you were a fan of Krystle D’Souza starrer Brahmarakshas, you love the Korean drama film series Detective K. The first film in this film series, revolves around a series of murders in Joseon. King Jeongjo secretly handovers this murder mystery to Detective K (Kim-Myung-min) and soon the detective starts investigating the murders and finds a common threat between all of them.

The success of this first film led to a sequel in 2018. This sequel was titled Detective K: Secret of the Lost Island. But instead of chasing a murderer, Detective K and his sidekick Seo-pil investigate a silver counterfeiting ring and eventually investigate the disappearance of hundreds of girls from Joseon.

The third film in this Korean franchise, Detective K: Secret of the Living Dead revolves around a Queen whose husband and son are killed. When Detective K and his side-kick find her, there are mysterious vampire bites on her body. This thickens the plot and soon an investigation is launched.
