In the next episode, Prithvi drags Preeta away and threatens a pundit to conduct their marriage. Srishti suddenly realises that the person performing wedding ritual with Rishabh is not Preeta. Sameer helps Srishti drag Sherlyn away from Rishabh. Much to their surprise, Rakhi sees them and assumes that it is Preeta. Rakhi is shocked to learn that Sherlyn was with Rishabh in the wedding canopy. She is even more shocked to find that Prithvi has held Preeta captive to forcibly marry her. Rakhi slaps Sherlyn and then helps Srishti and Sameer replace Preeta.
Unaware of Srishti’s plan, Rishabh marries Preeta and Prithvi marries Sherlyn. In no time, Prithvi and Sherlyn are arrested. Five years later, Srishti is married to Sameer and Preeta happily looks after the Luthras and her Karan’s daughter, Kavya. At an auction, Rishabh offers an impressive deal to King Rajshiv Rathore, the owner of the castle. King Rajshiv is impressed with the deal. A participant at the auction calls his boss, Arjun Sooryavanshi, an NRI hotelier residing in London. Arjun threatens to fire him if he loses to get King Rajshiv’s castle for him.
He places a lucrative offer to save his job but Rishabh makes an offer that is less than the bid. Rishabh explains the details of his deal, which amazes everyone. Upset with this, Arjun prepares for his engagement to Nidhi Hinduja. Later, Arjun crosses paths with Rishabh at a pubic place and they both fail to see each other. Unaware of the forthcoming trouble, Arjun is promising to meet Nidhi soon over a phone call. Suddenly, a van runs over Arjun and two photos come out of the file in his hand.
