As Preeta tried to expose Akshay, Karina didn’t believe her and Sarla decided to ask Preeta to leave the Luthra house as she was not respected there. Meanwhile, Karan has started missing her and Preeta is feeling his absence as well. These lovebirds are certainly craving for each other’s company and are lost in their thoughts and beautiful memories.
In this special Valentine’s Day promo, released by Zee on their Instagram account, we can see this couple in pain. In one of the shots, Karan is also seen dreaming about Preeta and feeling her arms around him. The promo also highlights the moments where Preeta is thinking that she misses Karan more than he misses her.
The promo also shows Karan sneaking into Preeta’s house to meet her on Valentine’s Day. A voiceover is also heard where Karan addresses Preeta as Mrs Luthra and says how she thought that he wouldn’t come to meet her on Valentine’s Day. The promo ends with a series of shots where Karan and Preeta are seen spending some quality time together and they are truly heartwarming. Karan is seen giving warm hugs to Preeta while she blushes looking at him. There’s also a moment when her mom knocks at her door and Karan has to hide.
