Late actor Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan took to his IG handle and shared a selfie of his father and legendary actor Irrfan Khan with Hollywood stars Hanks and Steve Buscemi. The monochromatic picture made fans remember Irrfan Khan in a fond way. But, it wasn’t only the picture, what caught the attention of the fans was Babil Khan’s caption for the post.
Babil Khan has been sharing many unseen and rare pictures of his father and late actor Irrfan Khan that never fails to melt our hearts and captivate our eyes. In the caption for the upload, Babil Khan mentioned how he has ‘an insane’ legacy to live up to. It seems we all would agree with Babil as he would slowly and steadily follow his father’s footsteps and step into his shoes and win millions of hearts with his acting performances, charm, and elegance.
In the three pictures that we can see on Babil Khan’s post in the first picture, Irrfan posed alongside Steve Buscemi. In the second picture, the actor is looking rather young as he is seen wearing a suit in the picture while he posed for the selfie with Tom Hanks and we can also see actor Felicity Jones in the background. Also, in the third pic, late actor Irrfan Khan can be seen joyously as he met Tom Hanks. It is quite visible that the two were extremely happy to meet each other. Late actor Irrfan Khan and Tom Hanks had worked together in the film called Inferno.
Tom Hanks had spoken very highly of the late actor Irrfan Khan and said to lead publications at press events that, ”Here’s what I hate about Irrfan Khan…” Hanks said at a press event. “I always think I’m the coolest guy in the room, and everybody’s hanging on to every word I say and everybody’s a little intimidated to be in my presence. And then Irrfan Khan walks into the room. And he’s the coolest guy in the room.”
Late actor Irrfan Khan was a gem of a person; he had an amazing career in Hollywood as well. He appeared in small dramas such as The Namesake to big blockbusters like Jurassic World and The Amazing Spider-Man, as well as the Oscar winner Life of Pi.
On the other hand, Babil Khan is all set to make his acting debut in Qala. The film is directed by Anvitaa Dutt.
