To make Sabudana Wada, you will need – soaked Sabudana, boiled and grated potatoes, green chillies, coriander, cumin seeds, salt, crushed peanuts.
Add them to a bowl and mix them well. Take a pan on medium heat and grease it with some oil. Drop a big dollop of your mix and give it the desired shape. You can also add some ghee or butter around the corner for added taste, or do away with this. Allow all sides to turn red and set it aside.
Serve it hot with any dip, chutney or ketchup.
