Makers Of Saina Nehwal’s Biopic Drop The Trailer On International Women’s Day

On the occasion of Women’s Day, the makers of Saina Nehwal’s biopic, Saina have finally dropped the trailer. Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra who is seen playing Saina Nehwal’s character was highly appreciated for her performance. Read on to know more about the film that is slated to release this March.

Saina trailer released on International Women’s day 

Parineeti Chopra will soon be seen in Saina Nehwal’s biopic Saina. The makers had recently dropped the teaser of the film and on Women’s Day, they released the trailer. This will be the first time ever that Parineeti will be seen playing a role in a biopic. In the trailer, Parineeti looks exactly like Saina and has worked on her look. She has also trained herself in Badminton for several months. The film will also feature popular actor Manav Kaul who was last seen in Nail Polish alongside Arjun Rampal.

There are some scenes in the trailer where Parineeti looks exactly like the badminton player and the resemblance will shake you. The trailer has shown the highs in Saina’s life. The film will also showcase the efforts she took to reach the peak of her career. It will also show the downfall of her career. The film is directed by Stanley ka Dabba directed Amol Gupte and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Sujay Jairaj & Rasesh Shah. The music of the film is composed by music producer Amaal Malik.

The film was announced a couple of years ago and the makers had decided to cast Shraddha Kapoor for the same. The film had even begun shooting with  Shraddha. However, due to her busy schedule, she has to step down from the film. Soon later Parineeti was offered the role and she agreed to play Saina. The makers finally completed the film with Parineeti in the lead role.
