Meet 26 September 2023 Written Update: Shlok and Akki appear before Sumeet

In the latest episode of Meet, Pakistani Police Officer Dilawar instructs his team to shoot the target as they spot Shlok on their radar. Sumeet prays fervently for divine assistance. A sudden idea strikes Sumeet as she approaches the police van. She activates the siren to alert Shlok that the police are tailing him. The blaring siren agitates the police officer, who orders his subordinates to halt the noise and opens fire without hesitation. Bullets hit numerous people hiding in the forest, injuring some and taking a few lives. Shlok, however, aids an elderly person’s escape. Bilawal notices Shlok and starts shooting, hitting Shlok in the chest, causing him to fall. Sumeet, witnessing Shlok’s condition, shatters. She cries out his name in despair. Meanwhile, Raunak and Shagun secretly enter Shlok’s house, accompanied by their goons, and commence vandalizing their property. Dadi tries to intervene, but Shagun pushes her and becomes violent. Raj steps in to protect Dadi, unleashing a merciless beating on Raunak and his henchmen. He warns Shagun to stay away from his family, vowing to ruin his son’s life. Shagun and Raunak depart, leaving behind a bruised and battered household. Raj assures Dadi that he will stand by their side until Sumeet returns. Elsewhere, Aadil’s sister anxiously prays for his safe return. A Pakistani police officer confronts Sumeet, callously informing her not to waste her time praying as he claims to have killed her husband, Shlok. He taunts her for being Indian, disparagingly comparing India and Pakistan. He belittles Indian customs, saying that applying vermilion and wearing a mangalsutra can’t protect husbands. He offers her a black dress, labelling her a widow. Sumeet defiantly rejects it, vowing to bring her husband back to India. She leaves and embarks on a search for Shlok. When she shows his photo to a local man, he mistakes Shlok for a detective and warns her that the police have killed him, advising her to return to her homeland. She vehemently denies that Shlok is a detective. Sumeet arrives at a Ganpati Pandal and pleads before the deity to bring Akki and Shlok back. Suddenly, two men lose their grip on a carpet they are carrying, causing it to unravel on the floor. Onlookers notice, and Sumeet rushes over to find Shlok and Akki concealed inside the carpet. Overjoyed, she thanks God for reuniting her with Akki and her husband.
