Mithai: Here’s how the members of the Modak family can help Mithai and Siddhartha come closer

Zee Bangla’s popular show Mithai stars Soumitrisha Kundu as Mithai and Adrit Roy as Siddhartha Modak in the lead roles. Mithai and Siddhartha got married under very complicated circumstances. Siddhartha doesn’t even regard Mithai as his wife, let alone the couple embracing marital bliss. We might think they are made for each other, but both Siddhartha and Mithai are yet unable to develop an affectionate bond between themselves. We think that the Modak family might be able to play catalysts in their relationship and bring them closer.

Dadai’s possible intervention

Siddheshwar Modak or Dadai is a vital part of both Mithai and Siddhartha’s lives. Both of them have immense love and respect for Dadai and also seem to listen to his suggestions. Siddhartha has taken many major decisions out of his love for Dadai. He is the only one who can have a fruitful conversation with Sid. When it comes to Mithai, she has a playful relationship with Dadai but also pays heed to his advice. If Dadai talks to Siddhartha and Mithai about giving their relationship a chance, they might actually listen to him.

The cousins’ mischievous tricks

Siddhartha‘s cousins are a fun bunch of people and together they share quite a strong bond. Unlike Siddhartha who has always enjoyed his own company and has never been a part of the cousins’ group, Mithai has very easily developed a strong affection towards the gang. In a recent episode, the cousins planned to invite Mithai and Sid to Rajeev’s house in order to apologise to Rajeev’s mother Sushmita, but they do not tell the pair that Sushmita has already forgiven them. The whole scenario was created so that Mithai and Siddhartha can spend some alone time and it seems to have worked.

They also take Mithai‘s side whenever Siddhartha isn’t treating her right and let him know about his mistake. We hope the cousins keep creating such scenarios which allow the couple to grow fonder of each other and help Siddhartha in changing his attitude towards Mithai.

Limiting Torsha’s interference in Sid and Mithai’s relationship 

Torsha has always looked down upon Mithai because of her financial background and her rural upbringing. She has time and again told Siddhartha how Mithai is not apt for him or his family. Even after Siddhartha got married to Mithai, Torsha has always tried to pollute Sid’s mind and has insulted her on many occasions. She is a major reason why Sid and Mithai are not able to give the relationship a chance and members of the Modak family are the only ones who can talk to Sid and restrict Torsha from affecting the couple’s bond.

We hope the Modak family soon takes the reign in their hands and makes Siddhartha and Mithai realise that they are perfect for each other.
