Naga Chaitanya replaces Vijay Deverakonda in Shiva Nirvana’s next?

A huge piece of news from Tollywood has drawn the attention of the fans. Reports say that Naga Chaitanya has replaced Vijay Deverakonda in a film. Media reports have stated that Vijay Deverakonda, who was supposed to be a part of the same film, has opted out of the project. The film is directed by Shiva Nirvana.

As per the latest speculations, Vijay Deverakonda is not interested in taking the project forward. Therefore, the young director is also looking at a replacement for his film.

Shiva Nirvana’s most recent huge success was the movie Tuck Jagdish. However, he has bashed all speculations saying that Vijay was very much a part of the movie but now he is not. Seemingly, Naga Chaitanya is impressed with the subject of the film and has agreed on the project. It is said that actor Chaitanya (Chay) and Director Shiva met to discuss the project too. An official announcement about the same can be expected anytime.

For a long time now, reports stating that Dear Comrade star Vijay Deverakonda being in talks for a film with Shiva Nirvana had been doing the rounds. Later, rumours surfaced that Devarakonda was not keen on the theme of the film. The film is to be produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

Chay and Shiva

Naga Chaitanya and Shiva earlier worked together in the film Majili. It became a big hit at the box office. The film was released on 5 April 2019 and received accolades from the audience and critics. The film also features Samantha Akkineni, Divyansha Kaushik in the lead roles, with Subbaraju, Rao Ramesh, and Atul Kulkarni in supporting roles.

Vijay Deverakonda on the other hand has finally resumed the shoot of his much-awaited film Liger. Vijay Deverakonda shared a glimpse of the shoot on Twitter as he is back in the ring.

Liger will see Vijay playing the role of an MMA fighter. As we speak, social media is buzzing over his toned figure in the picture he shared.
