NCB To NOT Pursue Shah Rukh Khan’s Son Aryan Khan’s Case Further; Lawyer Satish Maneshinde To Apply For His Bail On Oct 4

The latest update on the Aryan Khan drug bust case is that the NCB has raised hands and will no longer seek the star kid’s custody anymore. The star kid was presented at Killa court on October 3 2021 at 7 pm where lawyer Maneshinde has represented him. The lawyer said that it’s a bailable offense and the reports also say that the moment Aryan Khan will be sent to judicial custody, the application for granting him bail will be applicable.

Aryan Khan’s lawyer argued for the following points at Killa court on Sunday evening.

Aryan Khan was invited by the organizers, Aryan Khan didn’t have any boarding pass, Aryan wasn’t caught in any possession of drugs, and nothing was found with him, Aryan Khan’s mobile instrument was examined, All his tests were clear and Nothing was found in subsequent tests.

For the unversed here is a round-up of the entire mayhem that occurred on a Sunday. The NCB received a tip-off about drugs being smuggled in the ship and as soon as the rave party started, everyone smuggling drugs were caught red-handed which also included the star kid Aryan Khan, his close friend, and Alaya F’s ex Arbaz Seth Merchantt, Munmun Dhamecha and more. In total 8 people were caught of which two were women from Delhi.

It was completely chaotic for the Khan family and Shah Rukh Khan had to put his shoot schedule on hold for Pathan and Gauri Khan too had to put on hold her international travel plans of work.

Not just this Aryan Khan was also trending on social media and the netizens had heavily backlashed SRK and his son. Bollywood actors were completely mum about the entire situation and Suniel Shetty had reacted to this situation when he was questioned about the same. Suniel shared that when a raid is done everyone is caught and that we should wait for the official reports to walk in. The media must give a little breathing space to Aryan until then.
