Chandra Prakash from Neethane Enthan Ponvasantam has come a long way since he started working with Surya. He went from being impulsive and easy-going to careful and attentive in his approach. As he calls in Meera and Anu regarding an office expense, we finally saw a glimpse of Chandra Prakash who is confident as a leader and boss!

Chandra Prakash and how he was

Initially, Chandra Prakash was very easygoing and treated himself as an employee in the Prakash group of industries. He limited himself to doing what he was told and spent his days mostly at home. He was contributing to the organization’s growth, but not as a leader. He did not put in as much work as he does now.

The authority he has established 

Over time, with no one judging or supervising his work, he felt more responsible for the company and its growth. Surya is an empathetic leader and Chandra is someone who would push for better results. Fortunately, Chandra has also learnt how to establish authority, as someone who shouldn’t be messed with, despite his happy-go-lucky personality.

Coming into his own element

There was a time when Chandra called Surya for the smallest of issues. Take, for instance, the time when Anu was accused of betraying the company’s interests. He was completely dependent on Surya, but of late, he has learnt to take charge, and Surya is rarely called to help him. He is comfortable asking for what is to be done which is great!
