She pulls Anu’s leg whenever Anu is overthinking and never fails to make us laugh. She has been nothing but a great friend to Anu and we think that she deserves only the best. Given the calm, intelligent and hard-working soul that Ramya is, she deserves a home where she is treated with respect and is given her own space. However, that’s not how it is, at the moment. Right now, she lives with her uncle, who is a rather crooked and negative man. He never has anything good to say about Anu, who works extremely hard to support her family.
The uncle in question is a completely misogynistic person who doesn’t let Ramya or her mom have an opinion of their own. While Ramya’s mother could’ve taken a stand for herself and also on behalf of her daughter, she is always supporting him. No wonder Ramya would prefer to not have him around! We all know the positive person that Ramya is and the capacity that she has. She deserves to live in a place where she is heard and valued because she is truly intelligent and a woman of substance.
The way she manages to be there for Anu despite all the hurdles is applaudable. If she secures a good job or finds a way to sustain herself, she can support herself and get out of the negativity that she lives amid and not be berated for having an open mind. We are rooting for her all the way to make a better life for herself!
