No 1 Kodalu’s Sarsu Gets Stuck Between Helping Her Father And Staying True To The Promise She Made

In the popular Zee Telugu show, No 1 Kodalu, Sarsu (Madhumitha) finally tied the knot with Rahul (Jai Dhanush). Despite having all the love and admiration for him, Sarsu wasn’t happy with her wedding. Well, there was little to be happy about it. Don’t you think? Apart from having her father locked up in jail and her father-in-law lying unconscious in the ICU, Sarsu and Rahul got married because of the pressure by people around them. Even now, the problems only seem to be amplifying.

Just when we thought things couldn’t get any worse, Vagdevi’s (Sudha Chandran) younger sister, Shambhavi made an entry in Mahendravam. With her entry, Rahul grew more conscious and scared of his reality. And because of that, he has gone further away from his newly-wedded wife. Peddayyaiah’s conversation with the priest has enforced upon Sarsu that her married life might be devoid of any happiness. We can’t help but think, does she really deserve this?
Moreover, Sarsu isn’t one to wallow in her miseries when her people need to be rescued. Jagannadham continues to be in jail without letting any family member know of his presence in the village. Sarsu attempts to get him out of the forsaken place. So, she meets with Peddayyaiah, who will never refuse his sources and contacts to help Sarsu. However, Jagannadham does not seem to have forgiven the old man for whatever he did decades ago.
With Jagannadham sitting idle in jail on one side and her family falling apart on the other side, how will Sarsu make sense of anything?
