No Honeymoon For Newlyweds Sakhi Gokhale And Suvrat Joshi

Suvrat Joshi and Sakhi Gokhale recently got married in an intimate ceremony, on the banks of river Ulhas. The actors met and fell in love on the sets of Dil Dosti Duniyadaari and had been dating since a long time. They took the plunge amidst close friends and family members. By the looks of it, it was nothing short of a dream wedding! But like most couples that go on honeymoon post their wedding, Suvrat and Sakhi have no such plans. In an interview to a publication, the actor said that the two have been travelling since a while and are quite exhausted.

“I was in the US for more than a month and Sakhi too went on a study tour to Scotland recently. Also, Sakhi will soon be flying back to London to resume her studies. So, till the time she is here, I want to spend quality time with her at our new home in Mumbai,” the actor was quoted saying.

Speaking of their wedding, Suvrat said that it felt like a dream and the entire credit goes to their family members. He also narrated a heartwarming anecdote from the mundavalya ceremony saying, “Amey, Parna and my mother-in-law Shubhangi Gokhale etc., picked up bakul flowers that were lying on the lawn and made two beautiful mundavlya, a night before our wedding. We were absolutely touched by this gesture.”
