Out of blue Jack Paul fires back at Gigi Hadid’ 2020 tweet

Jake Paul appears to be reliving his rivalry with Gigi Hadid in the aftermath of her family’s conflict with Zayn Malik.

On Friday, Oct. 29, the YouTube personality, 24, dropped some major shade at Gigi by referencing a tweet she sent last year in which the 26-year-old supermodel defended then-boyfriend Zayn after Jake and his brother, Logan Paul, publicly complained that the One Direction alum had been nasty to them.

Gigi tweeted as a dig at Jake at the time, “Because he doesn’t want to hang out with you and your stupid YouTube groupies…? Because he has me, honey, he can stay at home alone with his best buddies like a respectable king. I’m not worried by your tiny ugly ass. Go to sleep…”

As Zayn, 28, faces criminal charges for allegedly harassing Gigi and her mother Yolanda Hadid, Jake responded to the 2020 post, writing, “Your ‘rEsPeCtFuL KiNg’ struck your mum in the face.” Jake has not received a public response from Gigi.

Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid were one of the most recognised artists’ power couples, and the news of their breakup devastated the internet. Gigi Hadid and singer Zayn Malik were recently in the news when the latter’s mother-in-law claimed he cheated on her while Gigi was away.

Many sources have indicated that Zayn and Gigi have split up and are no longer together, according to People. While Zayn and Gigi were not dating at the time, they were terrific parents who co-parented their daughter, Khai, according to the sources. Yolanda Hadid, Gigi Hadid’s mother, was also rumoured to be protective of her daughter and concerned about her granddaughter, Khai.

In a Twitter statement, Malik explained that he wanted to create “a space where private family matters aren’t put on the public stage for everyone to poke and pick apart,” and that the event “was and still should be a personal affair.”

The ex-couple shares Khai, the couple’s 13-month-old kid. In September, the couple celebrated her birthday, and many family members offered heartfelt tributes to her. In terms of their relationship history, they were photographed together at an American Music Awards afterparty in November 2015, fueling romance rumours.
