Drink water as soon as you wake up
Want healthy skin like Mokshita’s? Kick-start your day with a glass of warm water. It not only gets rid of all the toxins, cleanses your body but also refreshes your system as that is the first thing that you consume after fasting for almost 8-10 hours. Make sure that you drink water after every meal so that you feel satiated and your body is hydrated.
Wash your face at regular intervals
Washing your face at least thrice a day cleanses the pores and gets rids of dirt and impurities. It helps to reduce pimples and keeps your skin soft and clear too. Also, ensure that you don’t touch your face too often with bare hands as the bacteria from your fingers and palms can transfer on to it and lead to breakouts.
Moisturise your skin
