One of the most successful TV producers who also has slowly paved her way by cementing her permanent position in Bollywood and the digital world as well is Ekta Kapoor who has many hit and iconic Indian television serials to her credits and is also considered as a godmother for all the television actors out there.

Her specific shows like Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Bade Achche Lagte Hain, Pavitra Rishta, and so on are still loved by fans and audiences even today and in Bollywood, she has also given many hit films like The Dirty Picture, Ek Villain, Lootera, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Shor In The City, Judgmental Hai Kya and so on which has left a strong impact on film aficionados and cinema lovers as well.

The Padma Shri awards which were supposed to be awarded in the year 2020 but got delayed repeatedly because of the deadly pandemic back then, finally with the COVID-19 virus subsiding away now slowly, we see that this time the formal and official Padma Shri awards ceremony finally took place recently.

It happened in Delhi at the Rashtrapati Bhavan wherein she had been bestowed for her excellence in the field of arts by the honorable president Ram Nath Kovind.

Taking to her Instagram handle, she dropped a video post wherein her caption said how it is an absolute honor to receive the Fourth Highest Civilian Award for her humble contribution in the field of performing arts. It is a surreal moment and a matter of great pride and she also dedicated this badge of honor to her pillars of strength which are her mom Tusshar, laqu ravie and dad.

The caption also mentioned she mentioned about them believing in her with their whole heart and it is because of them She is who she is today.
