Mansi is the youngest daughter of the Desai family. With her immense hard work and dedication, she has earned herself a well-paid job. She shares a great bond with her family and stands firmly against all the societal stereotypes. For instance, recently, when her divorced elder sister Megha was taunted by the neighbours, she opposed them very strongly. Mansi’s different outlook gives us an insight into her bold character.
In the Desai household, Aniket’s mother Usha works as a housemaid. Yet, the bonding between Usha and the Desai family is more than just being a master-servant relationship. Aniket, an educated yet jobless youngster lives alone with his widowed mother. He often gets under everyone’s radar for his mere flaws.

Being the exact opposite of each other, Aniket and Mansi share an inseparable and loving bond. However, the show has subtly highlighted a few conflicts at the beginning itself. One which includes the class-divide between the Desai’s and Aniket’s family. Also, Megha’s failed ‘love marriage’ will be an instance due to which the Desai family won’t agree to Mansi’s love life.

A story of romance is always incomplete without conflicts. In Aniket and Mansi’s love story, the biggest conflict is Samarpratap’s twisted persona. Samar is a newly appointed branch manager at a finance company where Mansi works as an employee. In the beginning of the story itself, we witnessed his clever-yet-cunning character as he surprised all the employees disguised as a customer.
He was well-impressed with Mansi’s behaviour and has already begun eyeing over her. In the first episode we saw him stalking Mansi and Aniket on the streets, and he is on with his evil and mysterious plans.
Well, it remains to be seen how he creates problems for the duo with his antics.
