When Anu is falsely accused of theft and fraud, Subbu thinks that it is the end for his pride and asks Anu to resign from her job. He has been a supportive father throughout but this time, he did not act like one. We really think that he must not ask Anu to resign, considering the number of hours she has put in to become successful there.

When she had her exams, she got to take an off from work and also got a break after her exams so she could relax. Apart from this, Arya always made sure that Anu was happy. When he heard that Anu had been falsely accused, he came to the office as soon as possible and disregarded them.
Her dedication and hard work for this company, and Surya’s concern for her, just cannot be replaced by anything else and it would not be fair for her to leave when the company has indeed invested its time and resources in her, in order to make her better.
