Prince Harry’s side juggling act took Meghan Markle by surprise and made her face glow up

The face is the index of the mind. Proving this adage right was Meghan Markle. An instantaneous glow on her face was good enough for the Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy to know that there was someone else in the room other than Meghan Markle and herself.  This, someone, was none other than Prince Harry, 37.

The event was a video interview that Melissa McCarthy was conducting with Meghan Markle, wife of Prince Harry, on her 40th birthday. Oscar nominee Melissa McCarthy understood that the Duke of Sussex was in the room just by looking at the glow on Meghan Markle’s face. Meghan Markle was announcing her 40×40 initiative in this interview. It was the words ‘Oh Hi!’ and her face lighting up that made the Nine Perfect Strangers star Melissa McCarthy’s heart skip a beat in her realising that Prince Harry was indeed there.

Melissa McCarthy who made this revelation public during her appearance on British morning show ITV’s Lorraine confided that this interaction was genuine and sweet as well. It was Prince Harry’s idea to do a juggling cameo in Meghan Markle’s 40th birthday video, Melissa McCarthy, 51, confided, in recalling a point she had shared previously. Prince Harry’s off-the-cuff suggestion made Melissa McCarthy wonder if he was weird and funny as well.

The Ghostbuster star added she loved anyone who would do something weird for weird’s sake including going on to tip her hat. Explaining about this incident, Melissa McCarthy left Chris O’Dowd, her co-star in The Starling, who was being interviewed alongside on the Lorraine show, totally baffled. Chris O’Dowd was clueless about the incident involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Yet, he was gracious enough to admit that the incident could not be less funny because he was not aware of it.

The nobel initiative

In this August 4 video, Melissa McCarthy joined Meghan Markle to herald the 40×40 initiative that urges people to give 40 minutes of their time to help women getting back to work. Meghan incidentally returned to work after her time off from parental leave after Lilibet Diana came into her and Prince Harry’s world on June 4. Their elder son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is two. The couple announced on January 8, 2020, that they were stepping down as “senior royals”, an announcement that took the Royal household by storm.
