Priyanka Chopra Lauds The ‘Welfare Heroes Of The Society’ Who Received The Padma Shri Award; Skips Congratulating Kangana Ranaut And Karan Johar – Here’s Why

On Monday, November 8th, Padma Shri Awards were presented to those who have contributed significantly in different sectors from across the country. Among the Indian Movie Industry entertainers who received the fourth-highest civilian award were Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, and Kangana Ranaut. Messages of appreciation and congratulatory wishes and posts have been pouring in for all of the Padma Shri award recipients. Priyanka Chopra, who is currently in Los Angeles, took to social media to applaud the “everyday heroes” who merited the prestigious title.

Priyanka Chopra has a large following. The global star has made a name for herself not only in our country but also overseas. The actress is very vocal about issues and will take a stand when necessary. She shared congratulatory stories for the Padma Shri winners.  However, the Fashion actress did not share or wish Karan Johar, Kangana Ranaut, Ekta Kapoor, or Adnan Sami, who were also honored in the ceremony.  “Tales that feel entitled to be recognized and honored.” These everyday heroes have demonstrated the true meaning of selflessness, unhindered by their circumstances.

She said this before posting the stories of Dr. Padma Bandopadhyay, Harekala Hajabba, Shri Javed Ahmed Tak, Rahibai Soma Popere, Mohammad Shareef, Shri Chhultim Chhonjor, Lakhimi Baruah, Smt Tulsi Gowda, Jitender Singh Shunty, Padma Bhushan award winner PV Sindhu, Padma Vibhushan award winner Mary Kom. “A massive congrats to all befitting award winners of the #PadmaAwards Bravo!” Upwards and onwards.” Priyanka concluded.

During her time in Spain, she posted numerous photos and videos of herself enjoying the weather and the city. The actress was recently spotted with her husband Nick Jonas on a lunch date. PeeCee is set to make her Bollywood debut in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa. Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif will also appear in the film.
