It’s been three years since fans began started looking up to the Bollywood Hollywood couple and since all of our attention was drawn to the events in Jodhpur. In two very distinct ceremonies, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas sealed the knot in a magnificent wedding at Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhavan Palace on this day in 2018.
Both Priyanka and Nick’s lives have changed dramatically since then. PeeCee relocated her base of operations from India to New York to Los Angeles, where she and Nick purchased a huge and expensive residence. Priyanka and Nick have flawlessly merged their cultures over the previous three years and presented themselves as one powerful union.
The couple has brilliantly assimilated each other’s cultures, from celebrating each other’s festivals to partaking in rituals and tasting new foods. We’ve seen images of the pair celebrating Diwali, Holi, and other Indian celebrations, and they’re gorgeous. When it came to celebrating Christmas or Thanksgiving, however, they did not fall behind.
The duo has been setting enormous objectives for us, and their fans are adoring them. In an interview, the singer of “Sucker” was asked what his go-to recipe was when friends came over. Nick responded that he doesn’t cook at all, but that he can make a decent Indian food order. The interviewer went on to ask Nick about his favorite food, and Nick responded paneer without hesitation. It’s the best, he claims. When asked if he liked samosa, Jonas said he had tried it and loved it, but that he preferred paneer.
When Priyank removed the ‘Jonas’ last name from her social media accounts, rumours that the pair might be splitting up spread like wildfire. But the rumours were quickly debunked, and both of them took to social media to express their admiration and affection for one another.
Priyanka commented on Nick’s photo, while Nick Jonas shared a touching photo with his wifey on Thanksgiving, saying how glad he is to have her in his life. We adore this pair for setting such a wonderful example of intercultural marriage.
