Priyanka Chopra Recalls A Director Asking Her To Strip For A Song; Salman Khan Intervened Later

Global icon Priyanka Chopra is grabbing headline since the release of her book ‘Unfinished’. As per reports, her book has a page on ‘Salman Khan‘ and that has got the netizens talking. Reports suggest that Priyanka has mentioned an instance with Salman Khan in her book that she has ‘not been able to forget’. The incident in question took place when Chopra’s career had just started. Reports claim that at the beginning of her career, she was asked to do a ‘seductive’ song for a movie. For the song, she was required to take off her clothes. Even though she initially agreed to do the song, she later said no when the director asked her to reveal a lot.

The actress was quite uncomfortable and had asked the director if she could have an ‘extra layer’ on her so that her skin is not shown. In response to Priyanka’s request, the director told her that he will confirm with the stylist and get back to her. The next day, she called the director to ask about her song. The director told her that there cannot be any changes as no one will watch the film if there is no skin show.

Reportedly, her conscience did not allow her to do the song. She later left the movie and focused on her other film with Salman Khan. Later, that director came to the sets of her film with Salman Khan and started questioning her for leaving the film.

Salman Khan was reportedly watching Priyanka and the director from afar. When he found out about their argument, he spoke to the director and he never bothered her again. Because of this instance, Salman became a part of her book and their friendship has been mentioned in ‘Unfinished’.
